Things you can check before asking for help. (It might be quicker)

  1. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, change to another browser like Chrome. Chrome usually works best.
     
  2. Is your LCU password expired? We have found that sometimes students can still get into Moodle even though it is time to change up your password.  Go to Login to Microsoft 365 to change it.

After you change your password it may take up to 3 hours to work through the system and update on all platforms. 

  1. If you have tried your username and password more than 3 times your account may be locked.  Contact chapdesk to help you fix this problem.
