Things you can check before asking for help. (It might be quicker)

1. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, change to another browser like Chrome. Chrome usually works best.

2. Is your LCU password expired? We have found that sometimes students can still get into Moodle even though it is time to change up your password.  Go to office.com to change it.
